Develop and implement sustainable landscaping plans for office campuses, emphasizing aesthetics, environmental balance, and workplace appeal. Ensure ongoing care of indoor and outdoor plants, flower beds, trees, and shrubs.

Collaborate with architects and designers to incorporate green elements into corporate office spaces.

2.Garden & Staff Management Hire, train, and supervise a team of gardeners, assigning tasks and conducting regular performance assessments.

Monitor and maintain work quality, ensuring best horticultural practices are consistently applied.

Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring timely seasonal planting, pruning, and pest control.

3.Agricultural Knowledge Application

Assess soil quality, pH levels, and nutrient needs, recommending or administering soil treatments and fertilizers.

Implement sustainable agriculture practices, including irrigation, water management, and erosion control.

Conduct pest and disease management using ecofriendly methods where possible.

4.Procurement & Budget Management





Source and purchase quality plants, seeds, fertilizers, and tools within budget constraints.

Manage vendor relationships for specialized horticultural supplies and services

1. Bachelor s degree in Horticulture, Botany, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
2. 0 to 2 years in a similar role, with proven experience in both agricultural practices and ornamental landscaping.
3. Robust knowledge of plant biology, soil health, pest and disease management, and ecofriendly landscaping practices.
4. Project management experience with a demonstrated ability to oversee projects from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate employees and collaborate with internal teams.
6. Ability to lead and train teams effectively.
7. Proficiency in budgeting and vendor management.
