Key Responsibilities

- Handle US Collections accounts while ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Manage bankruptcy-related cases and documentation.

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding outstanding payments.

- Maintain accurate records and update customer information.

- Meet productivity, quality,



and compliance targets.

- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

- Qualification: Any Graduate

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in US Collections with Bankruptcy Process

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Immediate joiners only.
