Job Summary
We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to manage apprentice engagement, employee relations, and site coordination at construction projects across India. The ideal candidate should be based in Mumbai, have at least 1 year of experience in the construction or infrastructure industry, and be willing to work at project sites across PAN India.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for apprentices and construction workers at the site.
- Conduct stay interviews and address employee concerns.
- Build strong relationships with apprentices, workers, supervisors, and site management.
- Resolve grievances and site-level conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Support onboarding,
engagement, and retention of new joiners.
- Identify high-potential workers and support development initiatives.
- Track retention, attrition, and engagement metrics and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with L&T; and 2COMS teams to ensure smooth site operations.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar site-based role.
- Experience in the Construction, Infrastructure, or EPC industry is mandatory.

- Fluency in the local/regional language and Hindi; English will be an added advantage.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage worker relations.
- Must be based in Mumbai and willing to travel/relocate for PAN India project assignments.
