We are looking for a detail-oriented PPC / Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across search and social platforms. The role focuses on driving quality leads, improving ROI, and scaling digital campaigns through data-driven decisions.
### Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing)
Run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn
Plan and execute performance-driven social media marketing campaigns
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and bidding strategies
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
Create and manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
Track conversions, analyze reports, and improve campaign ROI
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
### Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Marketing
Social Media Advertising
Email Marketing and basic automation tools
Understanding of Google Analytics and campaign tracking
### Preferred Skills
Knowledge of lead generation funnels
Understanding of UTM parameters and conversion tracking setup
