Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and partners.
- Handle client inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up consistently to convert leads.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Pricing, Documentation) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain daily communication through emails, calls, and WhatsApp to generate leads.




- Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and provide suitable logistics solutions.

Skills & Requirements

- Robust communication skills in Hindi and English (Hindi-speaking candidates preferred).
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, or international trade.
- Ability to handle client communication professionally.
- Freshers with excellent communication are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
