Name of the Post Civil Engineer Qualification

- B.Sc. Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University.
- Member Pakistan Engineering Council.

Age

- Maximum 35 Years

Experience

- 05 Years' experience as Civil Engineer in development projects (civil works) including 03 years' managerial experience.
- Valuable representation, coordination, liaison and strong communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of project fundamentals, rules & procedures particularly in public sector development project planning and management.
- Knowledge of project financing and procurement (PPRA Rules).
- Monitoring and evaluation of development projects.
- Knowledge of IT tools to communicate with stakeholders.

Duration of Contract

- Initial contract will be for two years.
- The contract will be extendable on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance till completion of the project.

Salary

- PPS-08
- (Rs 218,750/- per month all inclusive)
- Annual increment @ 5% per annum

TORs

- Ensure that the construction activities are carried out according to the plans, designs and drawings and ascertain accuracy of the qualities, quantities and proportions of the construction materials are precisely maintained.
- Maintain constant liaison with the Contractor and their representatives (Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and workers), including attending regular meetings to ensure the pace of work progress
- Maintain constant coordination between the Contractor, NESPAK and Project Coordinator or his assigned official(s)
- Manage, monitor, interpret and explain the building plan, drawing and design documents supplied by the concerned authority.




- Ensure that the construction activities are carried out according to the plans, designs and drawings and ascertain accuracy of the qualities, quantities and proportions of the construction materials are precisely maintained.
- Ensure that all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications indicated in the contract document.
- Review and agree on the quantity, quality and cost of the materials used for construction of the building by the Contractor.
- Report progress of the work to the Project Coordinator on a regular interval. Submit Periodical Progress Report to the project Coordinator reflecting the progress of the construction works carried out by the Contractor. Verify the Progress Report including the concurrent Payment Requests submitted by the Contractor.
- Good inter-personal skills in understanding and verbal communication in English, Urdu along with presentation.
- Any other assignment directed by the Project Coordinator.
