Qualification

- 2ND Class Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized University.

Age

- Maximum 28 Years

Experience

- 03 years’ experience relating to office working in any Public/private sector organization.

- Proficiency in MS word, Excel, Power Point and basic skill of technical report writing.

Duration of Contract

- Initial contract will be for two years.

- The contract will be extendable on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance till completion of the project.

Salary &

Pay scale

- PPS-05

- (Rs 70,000/- per month all inclusive)

- Annual increment @ 5% per annum

TORs

- To compile/maintain all relevant data and files.

- Prepare draft replies of the correspondence received in the Section.

- To check the all references and relevant information as directed by the officer in charge.

- To compile, computerize and maintain record of all the files / correspondence for ready reference.

- Maintain secrecy of all official documents and information.

- To assist the officer in charge and carry out responsibilities as assigned.





- Any other work assigned by the section in charge.

- Maximum 25 Years

Experience

- Experience in any public/private sector will be preferred.

Duration of Contract

- Initial contract will be for two years.

Salary &

Pay scale

- PPS-01

- (Rs 28,000/- per month all inclusive)

- Annual increment @ 5% per annum

TORs

- Presentable & knowledge of office manners.

- Responsible for dusting, preparation of Tea/coffee, delivery of office files/letters at notified addresses.

- Capacity to work with more than one officer, dutiful & have positive attitude towards assigned task.

- Any other duty that may be assigned to him by his officer in charge during and after working hours.
