Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospital and healthcare positions, including doctors, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, certifications, and suitability.

- Coordinate interviews with department heads, medical directors, and management teams.

- Verify candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, references, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future healthcare staffing needs.

- Prepare and negotiate job offers in line with company policies and budget approvals.

- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.

- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring reports.

- Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, medical tests, and joining formalities.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and organizational policies.





- Build relationships with medical colleges, nursing institutes, and healthcare professionals to support talent acquisition initiatives.

- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring effectiveness.

- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities to attract healthcare talent.

- Collaborate with department managers to understand workforce planning and staffing requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent qualification.

- Female candidates preferred.

- Age: 35 years and above.

- Minimum 810 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector.

- Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment processes and industry requirements.

- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets within deadlines.

- Willing to relocate and work from Vytila, Ernakulam, Kerala.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
