- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.
- Analyzing requirements, Sourcing, and Aligning of best-fit candidates.
- Responsible for Background verification process, documentation & tracking.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR record and ensure compliance with HR policies.

- MBA in HR (required)
- 1-2 years of experience (preferred)
