We are hiring 300 Assembly Associates for a leading automotive manufacturing company in Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. The role involves assembling automotive wire harnesses and auto components in a modern, fully air-conditioned manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble automotive wire harnesses and auto components as per company standards.

- Perform standing assembly work during the assigned shift.

- Follow production targets while maintaining quality standards.

- Operate assembly tools and equipment safely.

- Adhere to safety protocols and workplace discipline.





- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation.

- Support supervisors in achieving daily production goals.

Requirements

- Qualification: 8th / 9th / 10th / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Physically fit for standing work.

Gender Requirement:

Shift Details:

- 6 Days Working

- 1 Rotational Weekly Off

- General Shift (Any One)
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Benefits

In-Hand Salary: ₹13,000 per month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month
