Team; mapping of it with the RFF.

- Check on Project Execution for timeliness and cost.
- Helping in Increasing the RFF by verifying the opportunities for the orders,

reconsideration which are in pipeline and taking decisions for swapping the low RFF with the high RFF

- Identifying the opportunities of Infrastructure & Machine development considering the project in the pipeline.
- Identifying the opportunities of People Development keeping business needs in mind.
- Having a check on the Plant KPI’s and working towards meeting the organizational goals by taking lead in-

a. Plant Gemba & Audits b. Morning Meeting c. Review Platforms d. Conflict Management e. Problem Solving f. Safety and Quality Reviews

- De-bottling the Path of meeting the RFF by discussing with SCM/Business Leads/ Sales





Backend/ Sales Frontend and taking spontaneous and effective decisions considering the ask of the situation.

- Project Closure at Backend after the Product dispatch by having a check on the JRC
- Supporting and enabling by Participating & encouraging people to participate for the mentioned below systems:- Quality Management System/ Setting Health and

Safety/ Customer Input Handling System/ Employee Input Handling System

10.Synchronizing all other supporting functions to bring all on the same platform to move in.

E.g. a. HR- Support for completion of Manpower.

b. Store- Inventory Control for Project.

c. SCM- Indents for On time Procurement.
