Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will communicate with research scholars, professors, and students to introduce our PhD assistance services, understand their research requirements, and convert leads into clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling calls, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to research scholars, students, and academic professionals.
- Explain the company's PhD assistance services, including thesis writing, research paper publication, journal support, and editing services.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable research solutions.
- Generate new leads and follow up with existing prospects.
- Convert inquiries into successful registrations.
- Maintain daily call records and update the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.




- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for client requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Educational Services, Research Assistance, EdTech, Publishing, BPO, or IT Sales is an added advantage.
