Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via voice communication in Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with software and hardware.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and functionalities.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam.
- Robust understanding of computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems.
- Prior experience in a technical support role is a plus, but not mandatory for freshers.
