Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer relations.

- MBA (Marketing) Freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary:

- Up to ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

- Final compensation will be based on experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding admission procedures and academic programs.

- Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.

- Conduct follow-ups with prospective applicants to achieve admission targets.

- Coordinate the complete admission process, including documentation and enrollment.

- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions in the CRM/database.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust counseling and convincing abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
