Role & responsibilities

Experience

- 4- 10 years with proven experience in PCB CAM

- Solid expertise in PCB fabrication and/or PCBA processes

- Experience in quick-turn / prototype manufacturing environment (preferred)

- Knowledge of HDI, multilayer boards, controlled impedance, fine-pitch components

- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and production tracking tools

- Hands-on experience with DFM, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction

Preferred candidate profile

- Oversee PCB manufacturing processes including inner layer, lamination, drilling, plating, imaging, etching, solder mask, surface finish, SMT/THT assembly

- Handle high-mix product variations, including multilayer, HDI, and quick-turn prototypes

- Work closely with CAM/Engineering teams to resolve DFM (Design for Manufacturability) issues

- Implement process improvements to enhance cycle time, yield, and throughput

- Should be available to work in Night Shift(Rotational Shift)

- On-Time Delivery (OTD) especially for quick-turn orders

- First Pass Yield (FPY)

- Cycle Time Reduction

- Scrap / Rework Reduction

- Equipment Uptime
