Hiring: IPDRG Medical Coder | IPDRG QA | CDI Validation

We are looking for experienced and certified Medical Coding professionals to join our growing team.

Open Positions

- IPDRG Medical Coder Minimum 1+ year of IPDRG Medical Coding experience
- IPDRG QA (Quality Analyst) – Minimum 3+ years of IPDRG QA experience
- CDI Validation – Minimum 1+ year of CDI Validation experience

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum relevant experience as mentioned above
- Graduation is mandatory
- Medical Coding Certification is mandatory (CCS / CIC / CPC)
- Last company relieving letter is mandatory
- Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days only

Roles & Responsibilities

IPDRG Medical Coder

- Review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and DRG codes.
- Ensure coding accuracy as per coding guidelines and client requirements.
- Maintain quality and productivity targets.
- Analyze inpatient medical records and abstract clinical information.
- Stay updated with coding guidelines and regulatory changes.

IPDRG QA

- Perform quality audits of coded inpatient charts.
- Identify coding errors and provide constructive feedback to coders.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRG/APR-DRG guidelines, and client-specific requirements.




- Prepare quality reports and support process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide coding teams to improve coding accuracy.

CDI Validation

- Validate clinical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and DRG optimization.
- Review physician documentation for completeness and specificity.
- Identify documentation gaps and support accurate reimbursement.
- Coordinate with coding and clinical teams to resolve documentation queries.
- Ensure compliance with client quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRG/APR-DRG concepts
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
