Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as a mediator between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.
- Follow up on medical reports for discharged patients from the listed medical institutions.
- Ensure timely retrieval of medical documents as per client deadlines.
- Maintain explicit, professional communication in an international voice-based environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Graduate freshers or those awaiting results are welcome.
- Candidates must be open to work from office; WFH is not appreciated.
