Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Interior Designer who can understand client requirements, create cutting-edge design solutions, and manage projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and experience in residential interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, budget, and design preferences.
- Create innovative and functional residential interior designs.
- Develop 2D layouts, 3D concepts, and detailed design presentations.
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with the execution team, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design quality during execution.
- Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential interior design.
- Excellent space planning and design visualization skills.
- Good understanding of modular furniture and home interiors.
- Client presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience: 2–6 years in residential interior design.
- Experience in modular home interiors is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed residential projects.
