Process: CIBIL (Inbound Process)

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Sunday Fixed Off

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries professionally through inbound customer support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- HSC with relevant customer service experience or
- Graduates (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Perks:

- CTC: 23,000 per month
- In hand Salary: 18,500 per month
