1. Technical & Engineering Core

- OSD Equipment Mastery: Expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing high-speed core machinery—Granulation (RMG, FBD, Roll Compactors), Compression (Cadmach, Korsch, Sejong), Coating (Auto-coaters), and Packaging (ACG, Pam-Pac, Cartonators).
- Electro-Mechanical & Automation Skills: Sound knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, and basic troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, and SCADA control systems.
- Predictive & Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Ability to execute data-driven maintenance strategies to maximize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) while lowering MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and increasing MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

2. Compliance, Regulatory & Audit Readiness

- cGMP & Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of cGMP, WHO-GMP, and USFDA standards for engineering utilities and process equipment.
- Quality Documentation: Proficiency in writing and executing IQ/OQ/PQ, handling Change Controls, Deviations, CAPA, and maintaining audit-ready engineering logbooks.
- Calibration & Instrumentation:



Experience in managing the calibration of critical sensors, load cells, and temperature controllers.

3. Operational Leadership & Resource Management

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Structured problem-solving using techniques like 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis, and FMEA for chronic equipment failures.
- Spare Parts & Inventory Planning: Strategic management of critical spares, vendor negotiation, and controlling maintenance expenditure.
- EHS & Industrial Safety: Enforcing LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), work permits, machine safety interlocks, and environmental compliance.
