India produces 2,000–3,000 pallets per day using imported, certified Pinewood to serve diverse supply chain requirements. The company offers a wide range of pallets, along with a comprehensive repair program to inspect and restore damaged pallets to peak performance. All pallets are certified for dynamic and static loads by the Indian Institute of Packaging, and the organization is active in asset management, warehouse management, transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage.

Role Description The Finance Executive will handle day-to-day finance operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, regular financial reporting, and maintenance of accurate accounting records.

Responsibilities include monitoring cash flows, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory requirements.



The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, and supporting internal and external audits.

The Finance

Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance with the ability to prepare and interpret Financial Statements.
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including periodic management reports and statutory submissions.
- Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance procedures.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to review financial data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) are an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work systematically with deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
