Job Responsibilities

- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Perform monthly P&L; and variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast).
- Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability trends.
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Drive reporting automation and process improvements.
- Work closely with UK stakeholders to support business planning and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
