Role Summary
We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hiring experience in the Semiconductor or Automotive domain and must come from an IT staffing/consulting background.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for Semiconductor and Automotive roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to achieve recruitment targets.
Required Skills
- 1 to 5 years of domestic IT recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for Semiconductor or Automotive roles.
- Mandatory experience in an IT staffing/consulting company.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days. Perks & Benefits:
