Preferred Experience

Candidates should have Blast Furnace Operations experience along with exposure to one or more of the following:

- Steelmaking Operations

- Rolling Mill Operations

- Aluminium Melting Operations

- Copper Furnace Operations

Key Responsibilities





- Operate and optimize Blast Furnace operations to achieve production targets.

- Monitor and manage GCP and Sinter Plant operations.

- Analyze process parameters and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering (Mandatory).

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Blast Furnace Operations.

- Strong knowledge of Blast Furnace, GCP, and Sinter Plant processes.

- Exposure to Steelmaking, Rolling Mill, Aluminium Melting, or Copper Furnace operations is preferred.

- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
