Experience; 14 +Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Civil) with experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead plumbing design review and execution for water supply, drainage, sewerage, storm water, STP/WTP, and firefighting systems.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP, civil, and project teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and material specifications.
- Monitor site execution, quality, safety, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Manage contractors, vendors, billing, and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, CPHEEO, local authority, and fire regulations.
- Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and timely project delivery.




- Lead handover activities and ensure snag-free completion.
