Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide recruitment support to candidates (fresh applicants and rehires).
- Assist customers with navigation on the self-service portal.
- Log and track customer interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Follow standard operating procedures and escalate unresolved issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security guidelines, and GDPR standards.
- Make outbound calls whenever required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting SLA and quality targets.




- Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Quick learner with good technical aptitude.

Shift Details
- Rotational US Shifts.
- Candidates must be flexible to work in any US time zone.
- Rotational work week: Monday–Friday / Tuesday–Saturday / Wednesday–Sunday.
