Hiring Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Travel, and Logistics positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri and other job portals.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle business approvals and ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain recruitment reports and MIS using Excel/Advanced Excel.
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve hiring challenges and meet recruitment targets.

Requirements:
- 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Sales, Travel, or Logistics hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills on Naukri.
- Proficiency in Excel and Advanced Excel.
- Valuable problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Any graduate.

Looking from any corporate recruitment background.

Additional Information

Handle business approvals and ensure timely hiring.

Should close 15-20 positions monthly.
