Qualification

- B.E. Mechanical Engineering
- B.E. Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Diploma in Automation Engineering

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–4 years) can apply.
- Good academic knowledge of manufacturing and machining processes.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesFor Freshers

- Operate CNC, VMC, and HMC machines under the guidance of senior operators.
- Understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Load and unload components safely.
- Perform basic machine setup and tool loading.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
- Follow quality standards and production targets.
- Maintain 5S and workplace safety.
- Report machine abnormalities to the supervisor.

For Experienced Candidates (1–4 Years)
- Independently operate CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
- Perform machine setup, tool offset correction,



and program loading.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Monitor machining quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Carry out first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and reduce machine downtime.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow TPM, 5S, and safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC/HMC machining.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge).
- Understanding of GD&T; is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and safety.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens CNC controls.
- Exposure to automotive or precision manufacturing industries.
- Understanding of machining processes and quality inspection.
