Hiring: AR Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced AR Team Leader who coordinate with HCC coding team. The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating effectively with the Coding team and working closely with physicians' billing operations.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Strong understanding of the HCC Risk Adjustment Model (beyond just CPT coding)
Experience reviewing claims and ensuring accurate submission with correct HCC ICD-10 codes
Ability to navigate and work with different EMR systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
Experience working with physician billing teams and resolving operational issues effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
