Job Title: Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to Chief Business Officer (CBO) Location Bengaluru (Work from Office) Experience 3–8 Years About The Role We are looking for a high-agency Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to partner closely with the Chief Business Officer (CBO). This is a strategic execution role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring leadership priorities translate into measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will act as an extension of the CBO, managing strategic projects, coordinating with senior stakeholders, improving operational effectiveness, and enabling faster decision-making across the organization.

This role offers significant exposure to business strategy, operations, leadership decision-making, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the CBO to drive strategic initiatives across business functions.

Translate leadership priorities into structured execution plans and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress, remove bottlenecks, and improve execution.

Prepare business reviews, presentations, dashboards, and decision-support materials for leadership.

Conduct market research, business analysis, financial analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decisions.

Build and maintain operating cadences, governance mechanisms, and executive review processes.

Drive special projects including business expansion, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives.

Monitor key business metrics, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality on strategic matters.

Support the CBO in prioritization,



follow-ups, and execution across multiple parallel initiatives.

Required Qualifications MBA from a reputed institution preferred.

3–8 years of experience in one or more of the following:

Chief of Staff / Founder's Office

Strategy & Business Operations

Corporate Strategy

Management Consulting

CEO/CXO Office

Business Transformation

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Experience working directly with senior leadership or business heads.

Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

High ownership, execution focus, and attention to detail.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business analysis.
