Ensure that there are no client escalations and maintain noiseless delivery.

Be proactive in foreseeing risks and devise plans to mitigate the same.

Ensure client driven processes are adhered to by team members.

Actively participate in client calls.

Learn continuously and keep upgrading the domain/industry knowledge.

Ensure operations are run through OE methods.

Responsible for process improvement/control by identifying process gaps.

Ensure that monthly scorecard discussions are conducted.

Ensure frequent meetings with the team members and address their grievances in a timely manner.

Maintain high motivation and engagement level within the team.

Meet all the set objectives both individually as well as for his/her designated team.

Meet the attrition goals set by the organization.
