Role Description This full-time Health Insurance Agent role is an on-site position based in Ganjam.

The Health Insurance

Agent will advise individuals and families on suitable health insurance products, explain policy features, and support customers in selecting coverage aligned with their needs and budgets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and engaging potential clients, conducting needs assessments, preparing and presenting quotations,



and assisting with policy applications and renewals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, responding to customer queries, and guiding policyholders through claims-related processes.

The Health Insurance

Agent is expected to maintain accurate records, meet sales and service targets, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Health Insurance and general Insurance products, including policy structures, benefits, and exclusions.

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Medicare advisory to help customers compare options and choose appropriate coverage.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and the ability to explain complex information in simple terms.

- Relevant experience in insurance sales, customer service, or financial services is beneficial.

- Familiarity with local markets in and around Ganjam and the ability to build long-term client relationships is an advantage.

- Basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems, along with strong attention to detail and ethical conduct, is expected.

- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred; applicable professional certifications in insurance will be considered an added benefit.
