Role & Responsibilities:

- Respond to health-related queries from the public via calls, messages, or online platforms.
- Provide accurate, explicit, and safe advice based on standard guidelines, protocols, and health resources.
- Promote health awareness and government/public health programs to citizens.
- Assist in Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activities related to health campaigns.
- Maintain and update records of citizen interactions, queries, and feedback.
- Escalate complex health queries to senior health professionals when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new health guidelines, public health initiatives, and communication strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong communication skills and ability to explain health information clearly.
- Basic knowledge of public health programs, hygiene, and preventive care.
- Customer-service orientation and empathy while handling queries.
