Head – Renewable Energy

Designation: GM / AVP

Role Overview:

Lead the renewable energy vertical including Solar PV, BESS, and hybrid projects. Responsible for strategy, project execution, technology selection, and business performance across the renewable portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define renewable energy strategy and execution roadmap

- Oversee project development, engineering, procurement & execution

- Evaluate recent technologies, vendors, and EPC models

- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, cost, and quality benchmarks

- Coordinate with utilities, regulators, consultants, and internal teams

- Monitor project performance, risks, and compliance

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

- BE / ME – Electrical / Mechanical / Civil

- 20+ years total experience

- 15+ years relevant experience in Renewable Energy (Solar/BESS)
