As the organization embarks on a large-scale business transformation journey, we are looking for an accomplished Head – Program Management Office who can partner with senior leadership and globally experienced Operations Excellence Consultants to successfully execute strategic transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the successful execution of enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.

The selected leader will work closely with senior management, functional heads and external Business & Operations Excellence Consultants to translate strategic recommendations into measurable business outcomes by ensuring disciplined execution, cross-functional coordination and achievement of milestones within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the organization's Business Transformation Program Management Office (PMO).
- Drive execution of strategic business transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, HR, Engineering and Commercial functions.
- Convert strategic recommendations into detailed implementation roadmaps.




- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of transformation projects.
- Monitor project milestones, timelines, risks and overall program health.
- Facilitate governance reviews with senior leadership.
- Remove execution bottlenecks and ensure accountability across functions.
- Track business benefits including productivity improvement, cost optimization, quality enhancement, delivery performance and operational excellence.
- Drive organization-wide change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop executive dashboards and progress reports for leadership review.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- We are looking for an execution-oriented leader who possesses:
- 18–25 years of leadership experience.
- Solid Program Management or PMO leadership experience.
- Proven track record of executing enterprise-wide transformation projects.
- Experience working with senior leadership and external consulting partners.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability.
- Excellent planning, governance, execution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive organizational alignment.

Preferred Background

- Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Production / Industrial or equivalent). MBA preferred.
- PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Experience in Automotive, Industrial Engineering, Capital Goods, Heavy Engineering or Manufacturing sectors will be highly preferred.
