MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, supervising, monitoring and successful completion of all Infrastructure Projects including Water, Power and Civil Infrastructure and ensuring a healthy working environment in and around the Industrial Park in collaboration with member industries.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Infrastructure Projects:

(a) Lead conceptualization, planning, monitoring, and successful execution of all TSSEZ-led infrastructure projects.

(b) Ensure timely delivery with adherence to quality, cost, and safety standards.

(c) Collaborate closely with government agencies to facilitate and support Govt owned infrastructure projects being developed for GIP:

- Development of a Utility Corridor connecting Gopalpur Port to TSSEZ.
- Execution of water project through IDCO.
- Facilitation of State Transmission Utility (STU) infrastructure by OPTCL.
- Coordination for setting up the Central Transmission Utility (CTU) substation by Tata Power.
- Development of the overhead transmission line from MRSS to STU by OPTCL.
- 50 MLD Desalination Plant by IDCO.

(d) Conceptualization, planning and execution of Upcoming Major Projects of TSSEZ:




- 5 MLD Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP)
- 15 MLD Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
- Road Infrastructure Projects.
- Infrastructure projects for member industries.

2.Strategic Project Governance: (a) Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for periodic review meetings, preparation of catch up plans, and alignment on strategic project plans.

(b) Liaise and coordinate closely with architectural and landscape consultants to ensure design compliance, integration, and timely delivery.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES:

- Must have a minimum 15 years relevant experience in planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects (water, power, civil, and utilities).
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Preference to candidate with MBA.
- Should have an understanding of Safety and Statutory Rules and Regulations. Knowledge in MS Projects, MS Office, Advance Excel, AutoCAD.
- Should possess positive communication skills, interpersonal skills, drive for results, team management, networking and liaisoning skills.
