The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter development, GitHub management, software architecture, and team leadership with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience. Key Responsibilities Software Development & Team Leadership (Primary)

- Lead and manage the software development team across multiple projects
- Design, develop, and oversee scalable mobile and web applications
- Guide the team in Flutter application development and best practices
- Manage source code repositories, branching, and deployment workflows using GitHub
- Review code quality, architecture, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution
- Ensure timely delivery of software projects with high-quality standards
- Mentor developers and conduct technical training sessions What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Software Development and Team Management
- Strong expertise in Flutter development and mobile application architecture
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices, REST APIs,



and scalable architectures
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, version control systems, and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, or related cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of API integrations, backend systems, and deployment practices
- Proven experience in managing software teams and client projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
