- Hands-on experience in defining and establishing architecture processes, standards, enterprise strategies, technology roadmaps, and enterprise blueprints aligned with business objectives.
- Build, scale, and drive the Enterprise Architecture practice, fostering best practices, governance models, and architectural excellence.
- Partner with global stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, and senior business leaders, to shape technology strategy and transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong Enterprise Architecture expertise with experience in large-scale modernisation, digital transformation, and complex technology programs.
- Provide AI solution architecture leadership with a strong understanding of AI concepts, emerging technologies, and their practical application in enterprise environments.
- Bring hands-on experience with Cloud, API, Microservices, and contemporary architecture patterns to design scalable and resilient enterprise solutions.
- Demonstrate proven leadership experience in managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing architecture teams.
- Certifications: TOGAF, Zachman, or similar industry standards are preferred.
