ABOUT US: Éprise is a skin wellness beverage brand designed for people who expect high standards from what they consume. The product comes in two flavors in 250ml cans, with a focused list of functional ingredients including collagen-supporting amino acids, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, zinc, biotin, and selected botanicals. With only six calories, zero sugar, and no unnecessary additives, Éprise prioritizes substance over show.

The brand name, a French word meaning to be deeply enchanted, reflects Éprise's commitment to creating products that inspire genuine delight. Éprise is intentionally limited, intentionally personal, and currently available in Delhi NCR.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Head of Recruitment at Éprise will build the organization's team from the ground up, leading end-to-end hiring across high-leverage roles (leadership, brand, growth) and low-leverage roles (ops, support, field). This isn't a sourcing-and-scheduling job. It's a "build the org" job for someone who knows the difference between a resume that looks good and a person who will actually sell the vision to candidates, negotiate hard on contracts, and hold people to KPIs after they're in.

Day-to-day responsibilities include workforce planning and role scoping, managing sourcing channels, screening applications, conducting and coordinating interviews, and shortlisting candidates from search through offer. The role also owns contract structuring and compensation terms, defines KPIs and performance frameworks for every hire, and ensures accountability post-onboarding, not just a clean handoff. Beyond hiring itself, this role owns employer branding: refining Éprise's talent narrative, running outreach campaigns, and building the brand's presence across relevant platforms so quality candidates come looking for us,



not the other way around.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: End-to-end hiring: search, outreach, screening, interviews, shortlisting, for everything from leadership hires to entry-level and contract roles

Vision-selling: convincingly sell why this brand and this stage is worth joining, especially to senior or high-leverage candidates

Contracts & terms: structure offer letters, compensation, and role agreements that are fair but protect a lean early-stage budget

KPI design: define what "good" looks like for each role, set up review cadences, and hold hires accountable post-onboarding

Employer branding: shape Éprise's talent narrative and outreach presence across digital and offline channels

Org design: help decide what roles the team actually needs next, and build a lean, high-quality bench rather than a bloated one QUALIFICATIONS:

Robust hiring and recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles across multiple functions

Track record of building a team from scratch, not just recruiting into an existing structure

Expertise in interviewing and assessment methods, with the ability to design structured interviews and evaluate candidates objectively

Experience in employer branding, including crafting talent messaging and building a compelling presence across channels

Comfortable owning contracts, compensation structuring, and the legal basics of hiring (offer letters, NDAs, notice periods)

Proven ability to build recruitment processes, track hiring metrics, and use data to improve efficiency and quality of hire

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering directly with founders and functional leaders

Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage or consumer brand environment; prior experience in FMCG, D2C, or lifestyle brands is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in talent acquisition or HR are a plus To Apply:
