Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic leader for the position of Head Material Management (Procurement Head) to drive procurement, commercial, sourcing, and supply chain operations for utility-scale Ground Mount and Rooftop Solar EPC projects.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Materials Management, Strategic Procurement, Commercial Operations, Vendor Development, Cost Optimization, and Supply Chain Management within the Solar EPC, Power, or Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Materials Management and Procurement function for Solar EPC projects.
2. Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely material availability
3. Drive Zero-Based Costing initiatives and continuous cost optimization across projects
4. Manage sourcing and procurement of Solar Modules, Inverters, Structures, Cables, Transformers, BOS items, and EPC-related materials.
5. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, OEMs, and vendors
6. Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and vendor development initiatives
7. Ensure effective inventory planning, logistics coordination, and supply chain management
8. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Contracts, and Business teams
9. Monitor market trends, material pricing, and procurement risks to support business decisions
10. Establish procurement policies, governance frameworks, and best practices
11.



Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and working capital optimization
12. Lead and mentor procurement, commercial, and materials management teams

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA/Supply Chain Management preferred.
2. 18+ years of experience in Procurement, Materials Management, Commercial, or Supply Chain functions.
3. Proven experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure projects.
4. Strong exposure to Utility Scale Ground Mount and Rooftop Solar Projects.
