Role & responsibilities

- Leverage consumer insight information and creative design tools to come up with creative packaging solutions that respond to the expressed needs state.
- Provide support to operations with effective and sustainable solutions.
- Coordinate activities at various stages of packaging development with cross functional team members, factories and vendors.
- Developing artworks for the packing material in line with Marketing requirements and responsible for final printing
- lead packaging, printing and production portfolio for the group
- Costing of printing processes, laminates, papers and various types of material used for packaging and BTL and must be able to negotiate with respective suppliers.
- Lead Packaging material technology group. Develop and maintain state-of-the-art competence & tools in materials, applications and packaging technologies. Coach team members, supervise trainees. Involvement and participation in Networks.
