Position Title: Head of Operations

Purpose of this position

This position is responsible for managing all the back office operations and accounting tasks and to ensure smooth functioning of operations and accounts relating to the business at all levels.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Responsible for monitoring fund inflow and outflow.

· Review the Investors account opening forms as and when received.

· Monitor oversees daily MIS day-to-day back-office operations tasks including trade execution and to ensure smooth functioning of the process.

· Co-ordination with the custodians, fund accountants, depository, bank and brokers for day-to-day operational activities.

· Co-ordination with the consultants for any operational activities (if any).

· Assist with the Internal and Statutory auditors till the finalization of the audits and reporting for the PMS clients and the AIFs.

· Ensure the day-to-day internal and regulatory compliance of the organization.

· Responsible to prepare Monthly / Half yearly / Yearly Compliance report as applicable.

· Ensure to check stock reconciliations, bank reconciliations & corporate actions

· Review day to day MIS.

· Execute & reconcile fees working of Investors as an when required.

· Ensure to update timely trade restrictions & conflict of interest





· Assist the investors’ queries in relation to their accounts and investments.

· Any other operational matters as assigned from time to time.

· Responsible for accounts of the investment management (IM) entities

· MIS for the IM entities with respect to management fees and performance fees

· Ensure all statutory compliance for the IM entities including GST, TDS etc,

· Handling tax matters (if any) for the IM entities with assistance of tax consultants

· Responsible for the statutory audit of the IM entities and filing of tax returns of the IM entities

· Preparing budgets for the IM entities and expenses monitoring

· Excellent working knowledge in MS Office Excel and Word.

Educational Qualification

CA / MBA (Finance) / Post-Graduate

Experience

Minimum 5 years of Experience
