Matrusri Education Society invites applications from experienced finance professionals for the position of Head – Finance & Accounts (Group Finance Head) to lead the Finance & Accounts functions for MVSR Engineering College and Matrusri Engineering College.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts functions of the Society and its constituent institutions.

Establish robust financial systems, internal controls, and standardized accounting procedures.

Ensure compliance with all statutory, taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Drive budgeting, financial planning, MIS reporting, payroll, and banking operations.

Lead ERP implementation and digital transformation of finance and accounting processes.

Provide strategic financial guidance to the Treasurer, Chairman, and Management.

Educational Qualifications

Essential

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Preferred

CA with MBA (Finance)

CMA (ICWA)

MBA (Finance)

Experience Required

15–20 years of post-qualification experience.

8–10 years in a senior finance leadership role.





Experience handling organizations with an annual turnover exceeding ₹100 Crore.

Prior experience in educational institutions, universities, or large corporate organizations is preferred.

Proven experience in ERP implementation and finance transformation projects.

Strong exposure to budgeting, taxation, payroll, internal audit, and statutory compliance.

Tally Prime / Tally ERP

ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Financial Modelling
