Position

Head EHS – Environment, Health & Safety Location Barbil Industry Steel / Power / Heavy Manufacturing Key Responsibilities - Drive complete EHS compliance across plant operations

- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
- Monitor environmental systems including ESP, Bag Filters, STP, ETP & CEMS
- Lead safety implementation, audits, inspections & CAPA closure
- Strengthen safety culture and workplace discipline
- Drive housekeeping excellence and 5S implementation
- Ensure contractor and shutdown safety compliance
- Handle internal, external & statutory audit readiness
- Lead incident investigation and preventive action tracking Ideal Candidate Profile - B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental)
- Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred
- 15–18 years of experience in Steel / Power / Heavy Industry
- Solid exposure to DRI & SMS operations preferred
- Expertise in EHS systems, statutory compliance & audit management
- Strong leadership, monitoring, and stakeholder management skills
