Join LettrBlack as the Head of Android Development (Intern Lead)! We're looking for a passionate Android developer who can lead our Android team, manage interns, and help drive product development for LettrBlack, a social learning platform. This is an unpaid, remote leadership internship for someone who has prior Android development experience and is confident in guiding a team while contributing to the product.

Internship Details Role: Head of Android Development (Intern Lead) Duration: 3 Months Mode: Remote Compensation: Unpaid Time Commitment: 3 hours per day Responsibilities Lead and manage the Android development team. Assign tasks, review progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Mentor and support Android developer interns.

Review code and maintain coding standards. Collaborate with the UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams. Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions. Contribute to Android development using Kotlin and modern Android practices.





Report team progress and blockers to the founders Requirements Good experience with Kotlin and Android development.

Experience with Android Studio, Git, and GitHub. Understanding of REST APIs and Firebase. Strong leadership, communication, and task management skills. Ability to mentor interns and work in a startup environment.

Able to commit 3 hours per day consistently. What You'll Receive Internship Certificate upon successful completion. Letter of Recommendation (LOR) based on performance. Leadership experience managing a real development team.
