- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or Chemical Engineering.
- Postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
Job Summary
We are looking for a senior operations leader to head a large mineral processing facility. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, production efficiency, plant reliability, maintenance strategies, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall operations of the grinding and mineral processing unit.
- Drive production planning and operational efficiency.
- Optimize equipment performance and plant productivity.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Monitor plant performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with process, maintenance, quality, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Control operational costs and improve resource utilization.
- Lead plant expansion and modernization initiatives whenever required.
- Mentor and develop engineering and operations teams.
