Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Liaisoning Head to lead and manage all government, regulatory, and stakeholder communications related to our coal mining and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing necessary approvals, managing compliance, and maintaining relationships with key external authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and government departments, regulatory bodies, local authorities, and public sector units.

- Ensure timely acquisition of licenses, NOCs, clearances (e.g., land acquisition, environmental, mining lease, forest clearance, pollution control, etc.).

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ministries,



departments (DGMS, MOEF, State Pollution Control Board, Revenue Dept.), and district administration.

- Track and ensure compliance with statutory regulations, government guidelines, and policy updates.

- Coordinate with legal, land acquisition, environmental, and project teams to support smooth execution of projects.

- Represent the organization in public hearings, stakeholder meetings, and official visits.

- Prepare documentation and reports for submission to government bodies.

- Proactively handle issues related to community relations, CSR, and public grievances in coordination with local officials.

- Monitor political and regulatory developments that could impact operations and advise senior management accordingly.

- Facilitate inspections, audits, and follow-up actions with regulators.
