As the Head – HR Centre of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of Kapiva's people journey.

This is more than a functional HR role—it's an opportunity to build the people's architecture that will enable the company's next phase of growth. You will lead the design and evolution of scalable people practices across Organisation Design, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Technology and Employee Experience, partnering closely with business leaders to create a high-performing, future-ready organisation.

Build scalable people practices - Design and continuously evolve HR frameworks, policies and programmes that enable business growth while delivering a consistent and engaging employee experience across the organisation.

Shape organisational effectiveness - Lead initiatives in organisation design, workforce planning, role architecture and operating models to ensure the organisation remains agile, efficient and ready for future growth.

Build a high-performance culture - Own and continuously enhance Kapiva's performance management philosophy by strengthening goal setting, talent reviews, feedback practices, leadership capability and succession planning.

Design meaningful rewards - Develop and evolve Total Rewards programmes that are market competitive, performance-oriented and aligned to Kapiva's growth aspirations, including compensation philosophy, recognition and long-term reward programmes.

Transform the employee experience - Design employee lifecycle programmes that create meaningful moments across onboarding, development, recognition, internal mobility and retention, strengthening employee engagement and organisational culture.





Drive HR technology and automation - Partner with HR Operations and technology teams to continuously improve HR systems, simplify employee processes, leverage automation and create seamless digital experiences.

Build a data-driven HR function - Leverage people analytics, workforce insights and organisational metrics to identify trends, measure impact and provide actionable recommendations that improve business and people outcomes.

Stay ahead of the future of work - Continuously bring external perspectives, emerging HR practices and innovative ideas that help Kapiva remain an employer of choice while building a modern, progressive people function. What We're Looking For

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.

9–10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR Centre of Excellence functions.

Experience designing and implementing organisation-wide HR initiatives in a high-growth, dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

A builder's mindset with high ownership, curiosity and a passion for creating scalable people practices.
