About the Role:

Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is looking for a seasoned Business Unit Head Ground Mount Solar to lead and scale our Utility Scale Solar EPC business.

This strategic leadership role offers complete ownership of the Ground Mount Solar vertical, including Business Development, P&L; Management, EPC Execution Governance, Bid Strategy, Land Acquisition, Commercial Management, and Business Expansion.

The ideal candidate should possess a robust entrepreneurial mindset with proven experience in leading utility-scale solar businesses, delivering profitable growth, and managing large EPC projects ranging from 40 MW to 200 MW+.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the complete Profit & Loss (P&L;) of the Ground Mount Solar Business.
- Drive Business Development across Utility Scale Solar, Open Access, Captive, Government, and C&I; projects.
- Develop long-term business strategy and annual business plans.
- Build and maintain a robust project pipeline across India.
- Lead tendering activities, bid strategy, techno-commercial evaluation, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Drive business growth through SECI, NTPC, SJVN, NHPC, State DISCOMs, and private developers.
- Lead land acquisition strategy and ensure land readiness before project execution.
- Oversee EPC project execution, planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project delivery.
- Manage project profitability, cash flow, working capital, collections, and financial performance.




- Build strategic relationships with government authorities, developers, investors, utilities, EPC partners, and key stakeholders.
- Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Ensure operational excellence, risk management, statutory compliance, and governance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 18 to 25+ years of experience in Renewable Energy, Solar EPC, Infrastructure, or Power.
- Minimum 10 years in Utility Scale Ground Mount Solar projects.
- Strong experience managing 40 MW to 200 MW+ Utility Scale Solar Projects.
- Proven experience in Business Development, P&L; Ownership, EPC Execution, Bid Management, Commercial Strategy, and Project Delivery.
- Strong understanding of Government Tenders, Open Access, Captive Projects, IPP, Solar EPC, and Utility Scale Renewable Energy.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and business strategy skills.
- Experience in leading multi-functional teams across India.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
- MBA / PGDM preferred
