Core Competency & Skills required:
- Advanced HCM Cloud Compensation (Techno-Functional)
- Advanced SQL
- Advanced BI Publisher
- HCM configuration (EFF/DFF, HDL/HSDL, BPM, Rapid Formulas)
- VBCS, Security module AI majorly.
- AI Studio
- Optional: OCI, OIC
